While 3rd Graders will have nightly reading homework, I encourage all of my students to read on their own as much as possible. This can be anything! Books, articles, magazines, short stories, menus, etc. Reading as little as 20 minutes per night can add up to some pretty spectacular statistics by the end of the year!
